NURTURING THE FUTURE

All the Chamber Music @ Worcester Festival Workshops are delivered by the Astaria String Quartet. The ASQ has had many years experience developing and providing workshops for schools, higher and adult education.

They have an excellent track record of supplying education programmes for clients as diverse as Banchory Academy in Scotland, Arts Alive, the Rural Tours Network and Birmingham Music Service.

The education programmes for the Chamber Music @ Worcester Festival are broadly designed to serve the four categories outlined below:

KS1
KS2
KS3 & KS4 - 'A' Level & GCSE Music
Coaching & Masterclasses

All of the above can be taken as a whole or applied singly - please see below for an overview of what each entails.

For all Coaching and Masterclasses, a basic level of instrumental competency is desired.
